The National U.S.-Arab Chamber of Commerce (NUSACC) Visa Section is created to help people traveling on business to an Arab country secure a visa quickly and efficiently. This service is available only to companies based in or having offices in the United States.
To apply for a visa, send in your passport and all of the supporting documents, and NUSACC will do the rest.

Requirements
U.S. passport with at least 6 months validity remaining
One visa application
One passport photograph
Passport must not contain any evidence of prior or intended travel to Israel
Copy of confirmed itinerary that includes both arrival and departure dates
An invitation from the sponsoring company or organization, approved by the Sudan Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Yellow Fever and Cholera vaccinations are highly recommended
A business cover letter or letter of responsibility on the U.S. company’s behalf that must address:
- Purpose of travel and nature of business performed
- Name and address of reference in Sudan
- Guarantee of return and sufficient funds for the visit
- Letter must be signed by officer or official of the company other than the visitor and include their title and position
